What type of hardware will I need to utilize Ring 9 service?
Most of our services require SIP (Session Internet Protocol) compliance with Quality of Service capable device, we recommend you check with your internal
IT Department or data consultant.
What if I do not have an internal IT Department or data consultant?

How long does it take to get Ring 9 Service installed?
For new service your install timeframe is generally 10 to 15 days. Porting of numbers may take longer in some areas.
Are 911 services available through Ring 9?
911 and E911 services are generally available nationwide.
Why should I use Ring 9 Service?
Ring 9 Service is easy to use for set up and changes; it offers many features not available through current legacy voice offerings and reduces communications expenditures.
What about conferencing?
Conferencing is available and through the End Users Portal; the end user has the ability to schedule conference calls on-demand. Conferencing is capable of hosting up to 120 participants, or listen-only, participants per conference call.
Is there a charge to port my number to the Ring 9 service?
No there is not a charge to port your number to the Ring 9 service.
