Web Meeting generates daily activity reports to log meeting and playback activities. These reports can be accessed by clicking the "Reports" tab in the main Web Meeting window.
For meetings, the reports log the following information:
- Start date and time of the meeting
- Meeting attendees
- Polling questions and results
For recording playback, the reports log the playback time and the person who initiates the playback.
If user registration is enabled for a meeting, the attendee's profile will be included in the reports.
To view a report, select the Reports tab and the format (HTML, text or XML) of the report. Double-click a report to open a Web browser or text editor window. To display multiple reports in a page, select (hold down the Ctrl or Shift key to make multiple selections) all the reports you want to view, and click the
button in the toolbar under the "Reports" tab.
Notes:
- The report dates are based on your Web server's time and may not match your local time.
